After obtaining her Bachelor of Interior Design at Mount Royal University and practicing Interior Design in Western Canada, Nancy returned home to St. John’s bringing with her design experiences from across the country. She has worked on a broad scope of projects including commercial offices, hospitality spaces and food-service franchise design, as well as educational facilities. As an accredited LEED AP since 2009, Nancy adopts a sustainable approach to her projects by simply designing for longevity. She believes that establishing a connection between people and their surroundings is the underlying principle of any successful interior design project.

Crystal has extensive experience working in both the private and public building sectors. Her background in the architectural industry has provided her with a variety of perspectives on the design process and its technical execution. From working with owners, client representatives, various governing bodies, and consultants from multi-disciplinary design teams, she is well-versed in the dynamics of the design process. With a keen attention to detail and thorough review skills, Crystal applies her practical knowledge and transfers her site experience to every project.

Born and raised in Newfoundland & Labrador, Heather decided to remain a local after achieving her Hospitality Tourism Management diploma from the College of the North Atlantic. Over the past 10 years, Heather has gained a lot of insight and invaluable experience across a variety of local industries; with an attention to colleague and client satisfaction.

Heather brings her strong organizational skills to the day-to-day operations at Carvel & Helm and focuses on creating a seamless transition from project concept to delivery. As a chronic multitasker, she handles administration, procurement and accounting functions while anticipating everyone’s needs to ensure an efficient workspace.
